Our core competency is computer numerically controlled milling and turning. Our equipment is state of the art, and we specialize in complex components with substantial volume. Our current contracts range from as few ab 100 parts per year to over 100,000 parts per year.

Our current CNC milling centers are varied, and we can accommodate sizes up to approx 3ft cubed. Many of our CNC milling work centers are equipped with advanced automation, and we have a work center dedicated to low volume/one-off/prototype work.

Our current CNC turning centers are also varied, and can accommodate part diameter of up to 1 a’. Many of our turning centers are equipped with live tooling, y-axis capabilities, and sub spindles for “Done-in-one” turning of parts that would normally require secondary operation such as cross Holes, keyways, flats, off-center features, or finishing on the back of the part.

All of our CNC equipment I programmed with cutting edge 3 software and by highly skilled programmers. We can import your solid cad model directly into our cam software.
