Cassidy Manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 certified. This means that our quality manager maintains our quality systems in accordance with the ISO standard specific to our industry, and we are audited to ensure compliance on a yearly basis.

Our quality system is comprehensive and ensures that parts meeting or exceeding customer specifications are being produced at all times. Part are measured by machine operators at predetermined intervals throughout the entire production run and recorded through our custom developed paperless SPC system. Should a part not conform to the specified tolerances at a measurement interval, our system also addresses procedures for segregation, corrective action, and re-work if required to ensure that you only receive parts that meet your specifications.

Our quality team randomly checks parts in production for conformance, and are responsible for initial setup inspections along with detailed final inspections before any shipment leaves the premises. In keeping with our maximum use of technology, we use the newest model Zeiss fully automated CMM (coordinate measuring machine) in conjunction with a HEXAGON 7 axis measuring arm with laser scanning, machine probes, conventional precision measuring equipment, and gauges to ensure the maximum accuracy possible. All quality documentation is digital and instantly accessible.
